About this house rental
Third Reef is a 5-bedroom beachfront home with spectacular views of the ocean.
Located on the southern stretch of the beach, the jewel of Third Reef is the large deck providing both shady and sunny spots to take in majestic, panoramic views of the ocean, as well with a spectacular outdoor shower. Step down your private stairs to the beach. Read under the dedicated thatched umbrella, wade into the crystal clear water, snorkel in the nearby reef or simply stroll the soft sand. This is where you come to leave it all behind.
The recently renovated main house sleeps six in three bedrooms (king, king, 2 twin) with two updated bathrooms and a large open living area featuring a newly renovated kitchen.
A newly built cottage sleeps four in two bedrooms (king, king) and two shower bathrooms. The cottage is only available to rent with the main house.
A recently expanded garden-facing porch provides additional seating and an outdoor dining option as well as a ping pong table for settling family grudges.
House includes: A/C, Starlink Wifi & brand new generator as well as small but meaningful touches like All Clad pots/pans, John Robshaw duvets, a shelf of games/puzzles and lots of lounge chairs.
So tilt your hat back, pour yourself a drink and listen to the waves as you relax and recharge.

Awesome 9 days at Third Reef! From booking, to arrival, during our whole stay, up until checkout, everything was perfect. The view is amazing. Steps to the beach. We loved everything about Third Reef and look forward to a return trip one day soon!

Excellent vacation for our extended family. Truly great to have everyone together and still be independent. Beach beautiful and right outside your door (and down the steps). A little windy but that made the waves fun to play in. Lucked out with a quieter day booked on a boat. Would strongly recommend Captain Kid and Son for a day to snorkel, swim with turtles and sting rays.

Unbelievable week on Pink Sands Beach in Harbour Island. Amazing deck, location, beds, bathrooms and living quarters. Pictures don’t do it justice. Zero complaints, we will be back. Third Reed is paradise!
