Comfortable bed very good layout, easy to access, good parking.
Self flushing toilet a challenge and air con didn't work. Small issues overall.

Location, access, privacy, excellent hot shower
We found the bed very uncomfortable. It was very hard which gave us both a sore back. But I acknowledge that this is a personal thing.

Very comfortable layout, just like being at home. Far enough away from the busy areas.
Bed was a little too firm but that aside all was good.

Quick responses via booking chat. We asked if we could use the telescope and it was delivered promptly.
While we had a comfortable stay, there are some things we need to point out.
1. We booked the 1-bedroom house of 25m2, but were given a studio. When asked, they said this was an upgrade as the studio has a stove and washer/dryer. While in terms of facilities the studio was better, the two accommodations are very different to simply call this an upgrade. They look entirely different (and to be honest the studio with it's green walls and old furniture was just not to our taste) and now we didn't have a separate bedroom. When booking this, be aware you might not get the accommodation you see in the pictures.
2. After the first night housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:15am. We were not ready to leave yet so said we didn't need housekeeping. The next day housekeeping also didn't stop by, so we asked for new towels. They said they normally don't provide housekeeping at all, but we got new towels anyway.
3. Lastly, if you're offering a kitchen, in our opinion some form of cooking oil should be provided just like salt and pepper were provided. Now we had to buy oil and leave most of it behind.
