This property was located nearby many other hotels, but what sets this hotel apart from the others is the amazing service. My partner and I were having troubles with the hotel internet, and the owner of the hotel resolved this issue immediately by providing us a personal hotspot. Any queries/concerns we had during our stay was attended to immediately via WhatsApp. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning on vacationing in Phu Quoc because of the very clean, and modern bedroom/facilities and the extremely kind owners.

The reception staff were so helpful and really lovely, we had access to laundry services and free bikes too.

Personel był wspaniały, chłopaki naprawdę o mnie zadbali. Pokój czysty, fajny widok, duży pokój, duże łóżko i łazienka.
Jedynie to że użyłam przedłużacza i spaliła mi się ładowarka do komputera, której nie mogłam kupić na całej wyspie.
