Buffet breakfast was excellent, staff were all very friendly and couldn’t do enough to make guests feel welcome.

The warmest welcome from all the staff each and every day. We arrived early morning and was offered complimentary breakfast from manager Salma as our rooms were not ready. For our first time in Morocco Salma was a great host, there was nothing too small that she wouldn't help with. The receptionist Fatimazarah was so helpful with any questions/issues. The location was great for us not being on top of the strip with many friendly taxis available to most places. The doormen were so kind to check we were sure of our directions and mode of transport each day. The children enjoyed delicious breakfast every morning. Yousef & Hicham were really hands on ensuring we were settled and making tables available when necessary. We only dined once at the hotel as there are very good choices locally, however on the night we did Mohammed and Mustafa went above and beyond to make our dining experience pleasant. Our last day was spent in the spa. It was well equipped, clean and the ladies friendly. Nasiria explained the different treatments available and gave us the time to really relax and indulge true Hammam. All in all I would not hesitate to visit this hotel again if in Agadir. (Not to be mixed up with other hotels in the area with similar name.)
No iron in the room. However one was supplied from the receptionist.

Very nice personal. Miss Jihane the lady at the reception gave us such a warm welcome. But not only at that time. She was so friendly for our whole stay a lady with a big heart and so beautiful. Also the guys at breakfast were very kind. Personal is top

The location was perfect
WiFi wasn’t working, bed was super hard mattress felt like concrete. Toilets too close to food area and doors was open when breakfast being served
