We had a private check in with the owner/tenant and he explained every important details and toured us in the apartment. He was really accommodating not just because he speaks english which made the transaction easier. The house was nice, smells good, clean and complete equipments we might need from nsmart tv with netflix and wifi, kitchen things, dishwasher, washing and etc.. also the bed (just few hairs we found and a bit dust cos maybe it was a bit long since there was a last checked in and they haven't re-clean the bed but it was fine).
The building was also nice, there was a lift so easy to go to the apartment.
Only there was no place to hang the towel in the bathroom and lack of parking unless you're ready to look for availability infront of the building or outside in the streets.
