Absolutely HORRIBLE experience! What happened was completely unacceptable and, quite frankly, inhumane. Three people were left in an apartment without hot water, and despite making repeated phone calls, nobody bothered to properly resolve the problem. I contacted two different phone numbers by SMS and WhatsApp, yet they did not even have the basic courtesy to respond. Completely ignored! This level of customer service is absolutely shocking. When you pay for accommodation, the very least you expect is basic communication and essential facilities such as hot water. Instead, we were left to deal with the situation ourselves with absolutely no support. The way we were treated was disrespectful, unprofessional and utterly disgusting. I strongly recommend that everyone stays away from this place. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else.

Great location, very comfortable place to stay, fast and friendly response from host, really friendly and helpful housekeeper who was there when we arrived. Great to have parking included.

Nothing that we didn't like. Light sleepers might find the general 'in the city' noise and neighbours coming and going more noticeable but the location and parking more than make up for that in my opinion. The apartment was very warm, we stayed end of August. I imagine in a heatwave it would be good to take the little rechargeable fans
