Excellent location in Livadia , 10 min walk to the centre and about 50 seconds to the beach!
Lovely modern apartment with decent furnishings and nice touches like the comfy outside seating and outside shower.
Very clean, comfy bed, everything you need on the island.
I would suggest this place should be the modern template for tilos accommodation!
I struggle to find things i didn't like, so these are very subjective and minor. The lights were extremely bright.. and the modern smart kettle was a bit too modern for me and my basic tea needs.
Some glass wine glasses would have been nicer than the plastic.

Beautiful apartment, perfectly located a stone's throw from the sea. Spotlessly clean, a great shower and full equipped kitchen. Very close to village shops, restaurants and bars..Had we known it was this nice, we would have stayed longer. Already planning a return trip to do just that.

Es war einfach und praktikabel eingerichtet. Sauber, auch wenn nicht jeden Tag gereinigt wurde wie angekündigt. Sehr gute Lage. Reinigungs Dame war sehr freundlich. Late Check-out war möglich.
Das Wifi ging im Schlafzimmer, wo sich auch der TV befindet, überhaupt nicht. Dann brauchts dort auch kein TV. Bett war leider auch schlecht. Unbequeme Matratze und quitscht bei jeder Bewegung. Badezimmer war per se gut. Bis auf den Duschvorhang und nicht gut ablaufendes Wasser. Ich will beim Duschen nicht immer den Duschvorhang am Körper und nach jedem Duschen das Badzimmer überflutet haben. WC-Papier hätte mehr vorhabden sein dürfen, wenn schon nicht jeden Tag gereinigt wird. Eine richtige Kaffeemschine, da schon italienisch geführt, wäre auch schön gewesen. Der Nescafe tut es natürlich auch. Schade war es unpersönlich und man hat keine Besitzer kennengelernt. Unschön für Griechenland. Auch konnte man sich mit der Reinigungs Dane nicht verständigen. Sie spricht nur italienisch. Abhol- und Bringservicevam Hafen wäre auch schön gewesen. Machen ofenbar viele.
