Perfect location everything is near like shops, bus station, sights. We book this place becalse it has good value for money. I think if you want a place where you can sleap well and is is close to make trips to Valetta and the other citys in Malta by public traffik this is your place.

La posizione è eccezionale , era tutto molto pulito e soprattutto quando ho contattato la struttura per chiedere alcune informazioni , mi hanno risposto in pochi minuti.
L'aria condizionata è essenziale ma non sempre scontata
Non c'è stato nulla di negativo , non sono riuscito a capire come funzionano i televisori ma non mi sono applicato molto e non sono molto tecnologico.

no contact check in, no fuss, instructions recevied in advance
the instructions to understadn which doors exactly to check for the key pad was not clear enough....it said few doors down, but no other details- could say the colour of the door ot exactly how many doors down from the landmark mentioned.

Very poor communication.. automated whatsapp messages, then no reply for a long time.
1. We wanted to drop our bags before checking in and they told us we can do it, but not how. We went there, waited, waited, etc. We got an answer how to drop of our bags after the check in time...
2. I realized when entering at 3pm that I didn't ask them to make the sofa bed (my mistake). I tried to get a solution how to get bedsheets, etc, I got half of an answer every 1-2 hour... it was super annoying and the lack of intent to resolve this not extremely unique situation. And the sofa bed was uncomfortable, noisy and dirty
3. Checkout is at 10 which is unusual nowadays, but the cleaning lady did not only knocked at 9.50 but even opened the door...
