great view of mount fuji
i told them we are going to be 4 person who will stay but they only prepared things for 2 person only like towel,pillows we have to request it on the day of the arrival,we got our reservation months before the arrival and still it isnt prepared,we called when we noticed it and they sent the items missing which is still good?we tried to call the staff to ask about it thru phone no one answered,they sent mail luckily there was a filipino named stan who is very helpful to us,thanks to him our stay was good

The view was nice, bed was a little too soft but still good. Nice that they have a few stuff that you can use for barbecue, like oil or some spices.
A little too dirty, ventilation is not really good, air-conditioner and widow blinds in bathroom were filthy. It feels a little old, but I guess because some things that were dirty, had a feeling like everything there was unclean. It’s good that you can check in by yourself but would be better if they took more care about place. Also we wanted to watch a movie but seems like you need to have computer with you to do that, would be nice to know about it in advance.
