We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. It exceeded all our expectations! We got a nice surprise of snowfall halfway through our visit and the owners left all the necessities to manage the snowfall. Overall we loved our stay here and will definitely be booking again in the future.

Great stay with our adult children for a weekend of skiing and relaxing. Pinecone Cabin set us up for an easy place to hang out and catch up. We will be back to this cute gathering spot with a view nice of the pines.

This was a beautiful cabin. Everything you need is there . All you need to bring is food and clothes. All dishes, pots, pans , towels, blankets,even games, and body siap and shampoo us included.

Perfect size for our party of seven and nicely decorated. Would strongly recommend more than just one extra roll of toilet paper since we ran out and had to go purchase. Maybe a few more plates, a cheese grater and extra frying pan would have also been appreciated. All in all, I'd go back and also recommend.

This is a first class cabin...totally new inside! The furnishings are very comfortable and the view from the porch is top notch. The owners were excellent about communicating with us. Absolutely no complaints and we plan on making this property our go to in when visiting Flagstaff.

We stayed for an entire month. The cabin is beautifully decorated, clean, and has very comfortable beds. We particularly liked the large deck with forest views; a propane grill, table and chairs for outdoor dining; and comfortable outdoor furniture for sitting and relaxation.

One of the best VRBO properties we've stayed in. The owner was very helpful when I forgot about a 2 hour time change and we showed up early.
The house was perfect, clean and quiet. Having the store at the bottom of the hill was very helpful.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this cabin! It is exactly as shown in the pictures, with beautiful finishes and amenities. Our favorite spot was the deck that overlooked the canyon and woods and was perfect for relaxing, grilling, and dining. Carl was super responsive to all of our needs, and a very gracious host. We would not hesitate to recommend this cabin, and would certainly stay again. Thank you Carl!

We had a great time at the cabin! Everything was provided-from linens, to coffee pods, to games for the kids to enjoy! The house was clean and the owner was very easy to communicate with. The location is quiet and safe and a short drive to wherever you want to go. I would highly recommend this home!

The cabin was just remolded and they did a great job. Everything was new and in great working order. Very clean and comfortable with the fire place for the cold nights, I came up to Flagstaff for the wedding of my daughter. My niece and her husband from North Carolina stayed with me two nights and my great nephew from Alaska stayed one night. It was nice to have a place were relatives could gather to catchup on things, Very close to the venue of the wedding and not far from downtown Flagstaff to get food. Very relaxing place and would recommend to anyone looking for a great hideaway.

Cute cabin in a nice neighborhood. Very clean . The decor was nice and functional. Saw 2 foxes right from the deck ! Easy drive to the Grand Canyon . Wish we had more time to actually relax here !

We had a lovely time. The inside is completely renovated and modern. The owners went above and beyond and communication with the them was prompt and friendly. The cabin is surrounded by towering pines making it quiet and peaceful yet not too far from the highway. Lots of great nearby areas to hike for all levels of expertise.

This is a very nice remodeled cabin. It was very clean. The picture windows on the front of the cabin are great. Patio is a wonderful spot to relax in the pines though it was still too cold for that during our stay. We stayed to take a trip up to the Grand Canyon. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

This was a great location for spring break with our teenagers. It provided easy access to Flagstaff, Grand Canyon, and Sedona. We were even lucky enough to see snow. We appreciated that Carl provided an update specific to the snow since that definitely wasn’t on our radar since we were coming from FL.

This property was just perfect for my family to head up north and play in the snow. It was the perfect size for the 7 of us with 4 adult(2 of them just graduated high school) a teenager, a preteen, and a 7 year old all felt nice and cozy in this cabin. It was nice and clean,stocked with basic needs for cooking and with the dollar general near-by made this the perfect family getaway to go play in the snow.

Wow, this place impressed us so so much! The decor, the amenities. They even had kid friendly plates, bowls and cups, a long with toys, books and games for the kiddos! That really impressed us! The pillows and bed were some of the most comfortable that we have slept on in a rental!
This place is fantastic, the communication with the property owners was outstanding.
