Many restaurants, a grocery store and convenient store nearby.
Less than 10mins walk to Tenjin shopping area.
Sufficient breakfast options but seemed to be the same selection every day

breakfast was delicious. maybe the time can be more flexible because when you are travelling i personally like to sleep more and had to wake up early to rush for breakfast. i like the water purifier in the room.
space for hanging clothes is limited. trash can in the toilet is too small. the room is a bit dark. need ample space for luggage. the bed is too soft for me. the hotel is a bit far from the main road.

- Lobby looks bright and clean
- Lobby staff are helpful
- Needs to walk 10 mins from train station to get to hotel. Very unpleasant especially when it’s raining and dirty water drips down from overhead roof edge.
- Room and bathroom are small compared to other hotels of similar grades in the vicinity.
- No space for clothes in bathroom. Can consider adding a collapsible desk attached to the wall over the toilet.
- Not many in-room facilities. Tokyu Stay Hakata Tenjin has washing machine and ironing board in the room.
- Booked twin beds because two single beds were booked out. Can’t see the point of having twin beds instead of more two single beds. If two guests wish to sleep in the same bed, they would have booked double bed. When requested to have the twin beds instead separated, but I was told it’s not possible to do so.
