The Location close to Papakura township and the staff were friendly made you feel welcome. Private area. The room was great very comfortable. Cleanliness great. Family environment you felt relax

We had our plans change at the very last minute, and we were tired and had no where to stay. It was almost midnight and in the middle of a storm. I went online and found this hotel only minutes away from us. The booking process was super easy, but we were scared we couldn't get in because it was so late. We arrived, and the office was all locked up (shit). Called the number on the door, and was answered immediately. Got asked which hotel we were at, and my booking name. Was told to wait for a confirmation phone call (shit again lol). Two seconds later I'm on the phone getting told how to access our room. Just awesome.
It was a freezing night, and the room was an igloo. Yay there was a heat pump on the wall, but the remote was sellotaped together with the battery's nearly falling out. And yes it didn't even work. I'm a very practical person, and tried everything to get it working to no avail. Luckily there was an oven with elements on top. So yup, on went the elements, and the oven lol. Got to a nice temperature, then just had one element on to keep it warm till the morning. It was my lovely ladys' birthday, so I pulled out all the stops lol.
