Super schöne Lage, nicht weit weg vom Zentrum. Wunderschöner Ausblick. Appartment war sehr komfortabel, sehr nett eingerichtet mit ausreichender Ausstattung in der Küche und genügend Handtücher. Parkplatz dirket vor der Tür ;)

Apartman je pozicioniran u predgrađu Kitzbila što je nama odgovaralo zbog lepe prirode i šetnje do grada. Skroman ali ipak opremljen sa svim što je potrebno za boravak leti.
Čuli smo u krovu neko grebanje i treba da se izvrši dezinsekcija jer smo posle 7 dana videli bušvabu

Schöne ausgebaute Scheune , jedoch im Sommer sehr heiß in der DG Wohnung . Sehr kleine Küche trotzdem prima ausgestattet mit vielen Utensilien. Bad auch sehr klein aber fein. Zur Terrasse musste man die Wohnung verlassen und die sich mit den Nachbarn teilen. Wir hatten Glück immer die Terrasse für uns zu haben. Der Schwarzsee ist prima zum umwandern aber keine wirkliche Badestelle ist vorhanden, dann muss man ins Freibad gehen und bezahlen . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in den 3 Tagen.
Sehr ruhige Wohnung jedoch an den ersten beiden Abenden bzw. nachts hat der Hund vom Gast unter unserer Wohnung andauernd gebellt sodass wir morgens immer wie gerädert waren. Die Dame hat auch immer die Tür zur Terrasse bzw. die Wohnungstür aufgelassen und der große Hund stand immer in der Tür und hat einmal auch unseren Sohn angeknurrt und gebellt -der dann Angst hatte. Die Lage war gut. Es gab ausreichend Parkplätze, Sauberkeit der Zimmer grundsätzlich i.o.. Raumaufteilung war schön.
Es gab keine Mikrowelle, obwohl dies in der Beschreibung stand. Die Ersatzdecke war voller Tierhaare. Keine herkömmliche Kaffeemaschine. Nur ein Geschirrtuch. Das Geschirr wirkte zusammengewürfelt. Der Balkon war nicht sauber. Beim Check out wurden wir per Email gebeten, dass dreckige Geschirr in den Geschirrspüler zu geben- Problem: diesen gab es nicht. Beim Check in war die Wohnung eiskalt. Wurde erst am 2. Tag warm. Am Tag 3 fiel die Heizung über Nacht aus. Skischuhwärmer war nicht aktiv. Der Toillettensitz war lose.
