We stayed in this two-story questhouse in the picturesque village of Sym and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent: There are many attractions nearby for all fitness levels, including several waterfalls (the closest one is about 1.5km from the house) and a dedicated picnic area just a 5-minite walk away. Guests are accomodated in two rooms on the second floor-one for up to 6 people and another for 4. The rooms were clean, tidy, and came with house slippers, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was hearty and delicious. We would happily recommend this place and give it a 9 out of 10.
There are restrooms available in the yard and on the first floor. In addition, the house rules prohibit alcohol inside the property; this is understandable, but it's worth knowing in advance if you were hoping to relax with a drink in the evening.

Great location, in the middle of nature, close to all treks, waterfalls. Very clean and delicious food fresh from the garden, being vegetarian/vegan was not a problem. The host is super friendly and helpful, we enjoyed spending time at their home and going for hikes with Shamil. We felt like we’re part of the family. Would definitely recommend!

The property was very clean and comfortable the rooms were big and were the right temperature. Shamil was very friendly and helpful and was one of the best hosts we have had in Azerbaijan. He showed us around his garden the village and took us on a tour to various different waterfalls and caves. The food was delicious and was the traditional home cooked style making it worth very penny. We had a great time and would definitely come again!
