5 Stars I stayed at Umbrella Hotel for about a week, and overall, I had a great experience. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t completely happy in the beginning and had some concerns with my room. However, after addressing my concerns with a specific staff member, the situation was handled and the rest of my stay went much more smoothly. One thing I really loved was the location—it was very convenient for me. I also appreciate that they offer smoking room options, because not many hotels offer that anymore. The pricing was also very reasonable, especially for the area and length of my stay. There are definitely a few things that could be improved. The bathrooms could use some renovations and updates, and I think the hotel could provide better amenities such as higher-quality soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The bed frames could also use some upgrading. Despite those minor issues, my stay ended up being a positive experience, and I would definitely recommend Umbrella Hotel to others. The staff addressed my concerns, the location was great, the prices were good, and I appreciated having the smoking room option. I would definitely consider staying here again!
