Все дуже зручно, були з малою дитиною 2,5 роки. Все в близькій доступності. Поруч в селі є дуже гарний заклад з смачною місцевою кухнею. Просто все що хотіли. Мінімум людей - персональний пляж та є лежаки і парасольки. Море дуже чисте і гарне. Всім рекомендую!

Description fits the reality, surroundings is calm and quiet, a very nice beach bar next to it ; got the right instructions to check-in, no misunderstandings, good communication (in English) overall. The apartment is clean and well equipped.
No hot water, not even warm; very thin walls - you can hear a normal conversation with closed windows - nevertheless, we were able to sleep good as the neighbors were quiet.
In our studio, the bathroom door cannot be completely closed - the door has swollen because of the water from the shower.

This accommodation could be fabulous, good location right on the beach, secure and spacious.
Very basic and not very welcoming, smelt damp with patches on the walls.
No frills, didn't even get a bottle of water in the fridge.
With a bit of TLC and thought, could be 5 star.

The location was ideal for a quiet holiday and close to supermarkets and decent restaurants.
The apartment had no mosquito screens, so we were forced to keep all the windows closed at all times and rely on the air conditioning. The owner informed us that there were no screens because there were supposedly no mosquitoes due to prior spraying. However, the presence of other insects (flying ants and more), which may have even been coming in through the air conditioner, was far from pleasant. These insects gathered by the dozens on the windows and walls.
I managed to reduce the problem by installing screens myself using double-sided tape that I bought on my own. I removed both the screens and the tape at the end of our stay.
Also, there was no cleaning service provided during our stay. We had to sweep, mop, and make the beds ourselves. However, we were given clean sheets
and towels halfway through our stay.
