Location was ideal as was close to Berwick town walls leading to play park nearby for my toddler . Close by to shops and cafes .
The noise from upstairs , more so around the kitchen area as the upstairs entrance is beyond a locked door in the kitchen . It really felt like people were in the same room and could hear their conversations beyond the door . At times I had to make sure people weren’t actually there .

The location is ideal and very quiet. Plenty of on road parking available - perhaps let people know the parking permit is inside the property. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, once you located the correct door. As there is more than one door, perhaps add that it’s the door straight ahead of you as you go up the stone steps.
Only downside I guess was the smell of damp when you go into the property.

Quiet yet central location. Well equipped. Close to the historic walls, shops, bars and restaurants. Warm and clean with a comfortable bed.
The guests in the neighbouring property were noisy, resulting in us not being able to get to sleep until late. They seemed to be directly above our bedroom and we could hear them talking, shouting, laughing each and clomping about evening. On arrival there was an unpleasant, damp, fusty smell in the place, maybe it had been empty for a couple of weeks.

Fab one bedroom apartment. Lovely location. Clean and cozy. Nice quality fittings, etc.
The hob had child lock we struggled to switch off first morning - hold the ‘hand’ button for four seconds to switch off. Rest was quite self explanatory. Not a real negative though.
