L'appartamento si presenta pulito, ordinato e con tutto il necessario all' interno, phon, pentole, padelle, posate, mestoli, bicchieri e tazze. Cucina a due piastre elettriche attrezzata di tutti gli elettrodomestici, lavastoviglie, forno, tostapane, macchina del caffè. Al piano K c'è la zona lavanderia con tutte le lavatrici e le asciugatrici a disposizione degli appartamenti. Confortevole anche la temperatura costante all' interno dello stabile che fa molto coccola dopo una giornata trascorsa a freddo e al gelo, molto apprezzato anche un piccolo balconcino su una piazzetta molto bella e silenziosa. Posizione incredibile, di fronte un irish pub e a due passi dal famoso Lebowski pub ma anche ristoranti e negozietti. A 50 metri dalla famosissima e centralissima via Skolavordustigur, la via dell' arcobaleno. Si può godere di tutto il centro storico e di tutto quello che ci gira intorno a 360° senza doversi sbattere grazie alla ottima walking distance. Per quanto ci riguarda è stato un soggiorno perfetto e per le nostre esigenze non si poteva chiedere di meglio.

Clean, comfortable and reasonable spacious apartment for a couple in good central location. Access was easy on arrival as we were met at the door after a short walk from the bus stop.

Cozy, well designed apartment that comfortably accommodated a family of 3. Well stocked with amenities and kitchen utensils. The owner is so thoughtful - there are little labels and tags throughout the apartment to direct usage and access if EVERYTHING! Extremely centralised location that is a stone throw away from the rainbow street and church, as well as good restaurants and bars. Owner Igor and the manager that greeted us are extremely hospitable and friendly. Will definitely stay here again!
