I booked for elderly parents, the hotel has 30 steps from ground floor to the hotel. So book for those who can climb stairs. My parents told staff was good , room was okay.
The hotel people didn't answered on WhatsApp at all through the time of booking, they responded only when they wanted payment and sent screenshot of QR code.
Good for price.
