The place is nice ,quite and safe to stay ,the security where very friendly thanks bra lucky he was kind and helpful when we ask for directions,it was unfortunate we did swim coz of the weather but I like that there was swimming pool and a wifi
There was no lids for pot, cooking wooden spoon for pap ,and the lady who come for cleaning on Saturday she didn't do nothing she just sweep the floor not mopping and when U enter the room U could feel the other person smell

Proximity to most places of interest, e.g.the beach, the shops, shopping malls.
The beach is a walking distance from the apartment.
The security staff was friendly and helpful at all times.
1. The shower which is inside the bath tub, there is no non slippery mat provided, no grab bar fitting on the wall inside the tub as per requirement. It was difficult showering with fear of slipping and falling.
2. One morning there were 2 guys spraying windows with water and in the process splashing water on guests cars and just leaving our cars messed. I don't understand what they were doing since even the windows were not properly cleaned.

It’s nearby the Mall and Beach
You have to deposit R2000 Damage after you have paid for the accommodation. “Should the apartment be left in a bad state, kindly note we will charge you extra for cleaning.” Means on Sunday because there’s No cleaner we have to do clean the house. Got lost with Directions because the UIP offices are opposite Astron not Caltex.
