Peaceful Oasis I'n mid Sherman tx ..this 3 bed 1bath Gem has everything you need plus more to enjoy family time , friend time even a couple getaway! Offering garage parking to outdoor firepit and even Hot Tub fun for all year around! Only about 15 -20minutes from Lake texoma and Choctaw casino and 3-5 minutes from shopping & eating ! Your fur babies are welcome!
