Newly renovated and contemporary styled, this sprawling 7 bedroom compound is steps away from a private beach in a spectacular garden setting. You'll enjoy the personal touches and attention to detail throughout the villa. The villa features two (2) master bedrooms with attached bathrooms. This guest friendly paradise comes with complimentary concierge and daily maid service. The property features a volleyball court, large swimming and wading pool, pool table, Sony PlayStation 5, along with so much more! Villa Esencia Espanola Sosua is located in the premium gated community of Escondido Bay Playa Laguna II. We designed your getaway vacation home for fun and relaxation. Its safe and private compound located within a secure gated community. This villa has 24 hour access and walking distance to the beach at Playa Laguna. There are also beach towels and equipment on location. The large front garden is beautifully landscaped and meticulously kept. It's perfectly situated for entertaining family and friends, or large enough to host venues. The villa gardens or beach can also serve as a wedding venue or private ceremony. Electricity and hot water are included in the rental. The villa also features high speed wireless internet throughout. The entire villa has an integrated Bluetooth Sonos home theater and music system covering the whole house and pool area. The villa was recently completed with brand new custom made furniture. The grand master bedroom suite has air conditioning along with its own private entrance and private bathroom. The master bedroom also features a king bed and additional twin bed, air conditioning plus fan, along with two (2) sleep chaises, a 55" high definition TV, and a double walk in closet. The second master bedroom features a king size bed and an additional twin bed. It also contains air conditioning plus fan, 43” smart hdtv, along with it's own private entrance and private bathroom. Additionally, there are two bedroom suites (Suite #A and Suite #B) which have their own entry doors into two (2) bedroom units, or a total of four (4) additional bedrooms. Each bedroom has their own king size bed, 43" smart hdtv, and air conditioning unit plus fan. Each bedroom contains plenty of room, storage, and closet space for longer stays. Three of the bedrooms have additional sleep chaises for comfort. The last bedroom is near the living room. It features a queen size bed, a 43” smart hdtv, and its own air conditioner plus fan. This extends the home into an actual seven (7) bedroom villa. The living room features a 65" television with cable streaming services and a new Sony PlayStation 5 gaming system. The entertainment area in the garage also features a full size pool table and ping pong table. There are also have plenty of fun adult and family board/card games. The kitchen is spacious for cooking and features stainless steel appliances. There are two BBQ grills on the premises. There is an outdoor dining area that expands off the kitchen with a BBQ grill and the patio/pool area also features an additional BBQ grill near the pool. There is enough parking for up to six (6) within the gate and more parking available immediately outside the gate. Transportation to and from the airport can also be arranged at an additional cost. Pros: Property Manager, Jack, was great. Very responsive and helpful to our requests and questions; Large spacious private villa; All 4 couples had their own bedroom with private bath and safe; Pool was clean and refreshing; Walking distance to: a nice small beach (Laguna, not Sosua); a few restaurants and Ocean Village resort; Loved nearby Sosua and Cabaret for beach, eats (Waterfront restaurant was the best), drinks and shopping; Cons: Need to have transportation or taxi to supermarket and shopping in downtown Sosua; The faucets worked however some could be updated;

I had a great time in this beautiful villa! The staff was awesome. Very kind, caring and in top of everything. The landscape was vivid with flowers, a very clean and nice pool, and a professional volleyball court. Cleanliness was an everyday thing and much appreciated. Thank you to the ENTIRE staff!

We had a wonderful time staying at Shaun's villa over a recent long weekend. From start to finish, Shaun was incredibly responsive and helpful when it came to any questions we had. The villa itself vastly exceeded my expectations from the photos. Clearly very new, and there were wonderful nice touches throughout the villa. A lot of care has gone into producing a fun place to stay, and credit is due to the owners. We loved hanging out by the pool during the day, and the massive living room was perfect for our large group. Also need to acknowledge the bedrooms and bathrooms. They were huge! We all had king sized beds, and the bathrooms were very new with large, spacious showers and modern finishes. If you stay here (and you should), i highly recommend working with the chef that Shaun can provide. Andy was awesome, and helped out with so much just beyond cooking. She was highly skilled, and really fun, and our trip was so much better because of her. This house is a no brainer for large groups and I am so happy we stayed here. Will absolutely be back

Dulce was a perfect hostess. She made excellent recommendations and facilitated all our requests. Jack was a very responsive manager. The property was exquisite and well maintained.

Our property manager Jack was absolutely the best, from the cleaning crew and the pool person the entire staff made us feel as if we were home. Loved the location as well. 5 stars thanks Jack!
