The location is convenient, right in the Monastiraki area, and the apartment was easy to find and access. The communication with the host was also very good — clear check-in/check-out instructions and easy contact throughout our stay.
The main issue was the complete lack of sound insulation. It felt almost as if we were sleeping with the windows open, which unfortunately affected the quality of our sleep and overall rest.
The apartment also has a somewhat disproportionate layout: a very large living/sleeping area but an extremely small combined bathroom and toilet, with a tiny shower. For a short stay like ours (three nights), I would have preferred a better balance between the living space and bathroom facilities.
I was also disappointed with the toiletries. There was only a very small amount of shampoo, which was not even enough for three days, no shower gel, and just basic soap. Considering the price of the apartment compared with other accommodation options in Athens, I expected a little more comfort and amenities.
Overall, the location and communication were good, but the noise, very small bathroom, and limited amenities made the stay less comfortable than expected.

The staff was so accommodating! We could not make our 2 free breakfasts due to early tour times and an early departure so the staff delivered us a "to-go" breakfast, which was very much appreciated.

Location was excellent. Very clean and modern. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beds made everyday and fresh towels provided. Central location but very quiet inside and there is air con in the room. Coffee, kettle, hairdryer and mini fridge. Everything is provided!
Only thing is the bunk bed steps are a bit harsh on the feet (although they do provide slippers)
