Great location, very clean
The mirrors over the beds are not really useful. There needs to be a wall mirror that is usable apart from the bathroom.
There was an error on my booking and I received a message to check out a day early. I know mistakes happen, however I was disappointed not to receive a corrected e mail for c24 hours. At the time it was stressful.
I contacted Booking.com who clarified my booking but was surprised not to have heard immediately back from reservations at the company.
I am a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality.

Amazing apartment with a beautiful view of the duomo from the balcony, which is also only a 10-15 minute walk away. There is a fantastic steak restaurant next door that offer classic Florentine steak. Everything about this apartment is amazing, I would go back in a heartbeat
Ceiling is a little low where the bed is located, I’m am quite tall and hit my head once during the stay but don’t let this put you off, it’s easily avoided

View from the balcony
Room does look much cheaper thank on photoes in fact.
Very noisy conditioner and smell of the food at the balcony. Grey old towels. Not good value for this money
