The property is perfectly located, quiet, clean and filled with light. The beds are very comfortable. The furniture is new and in good condition. The view of the green grass and mountains in the distance is relaxing. The designated parking space is outside in front of the building and there are a few steps up to the apartment door. The bedroom and living area are a good size for a couple.
Overall the property is very good, we would definitely rent it again.
The kitchen is small, the mini-refrigerator is okay for 2 people only if they do not plan to do much cooking. A large broom closet takes up space in the kitchen that would be better served by a larger refrigerator/freezer. Also, there is little counter space due to the 2 coffee machines and toaster.
The pillows are old and formless and need to be replaced.
It should be noted that the laundry area for this apartment is located in the building next door which you access by an underground tunnel, the load of wash costs a 2 Euro coin (no other type of coin is accepted). There is a single washing machine for the rental apartments in 3 buildings, there are many private washing/drying machines that cannot be used. There is no clothes dryer for this apartment, there is a large area underground for drying clothes and a portable drying rack in the apartment.
