Not even a full block to the beach and downtown, this third floor one bedroom apartment is stylishly furnished and has partial views of the ocean! There is a large private rooftop deck. We booked this property at the very last minute, as we desperately needed a getaway. We have two cats and needed a property that accepted pets. Alex, the property owner, was extremely accommodating in every way. The unit itself was tastfully decorated and provided all of the essentials. The private outdoor terrace was amazing and had a great view of the ocean, which is literally across the street. This home is the second on the block and across from the public beach, which is uncrowded and beautiful. The house is located in walking distance to everything - shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and the liquor store is across the street. It couldn't be in a better location. Unit 3 is on the 3rd floor, and had great character and charm. We definitely would not hesitate to book this property again.
