There are only a few homes from which you can enjoy an expansive view of Nawiliwili bay and beach. And so close to walk to everything as if you were at the resorts. The home is amazing on its own too. Luxurious and comfortable. Spacious for 3 generations to spread around.

The home itself was beautiful. Attention to detail was on point. The little extras made it so much easier -things like having a cooler, beach towels and wagon for all the the chairs and beach fun. There was enough space for the teenagers to be teenagers and us to be adults!! The bartenders at the resort below were amazing and we felt welcomed everywhere we went. ABC in walking distance and Walmart and Instacart deliver! The home was so clean and Louise and Kendra answerd every question we had promptly. Would stay here again!!

We stayed here for a week with my brothers and their families. The view was amazing, the beach access was great, the kitchen was well appointed, plenty of beach toys in the garage, good A/C, lots of space, a bathroom for every bedroom ... we don't have a single complaint, this place was amazing!!

This home is was perfect in every way- Location, beauty, responsiveness of owner and perfect amenities for a relaxing and wonderful first trip to Kauai. The pictures truly represent the property and the view is even better than expected. We especially loved watching the surfers and spotting sting rays and sea turtles from the balconies while drinking our morning coffee. The only problem was that we didn’t stay long enough. Until next time!

As a family with older kids (late teens to early 20s) we need space, privacy, extra bathrooms and a solid common area to hang. This place provides it all. Additionally, the central location in Lihue makes it very easy to make last minute decisions to head north to Princeville or south to Waimea. Also, the direct access to the beach from the elevator at the end of the sidewalk is such an amazing way to end the day.
The owner and property management folks are both great to work with as well.
We have stayed a total of 16 nights in this place (8 recently in July 2023 plus 8 under a different owner in 2019) and it is just amazing. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful, well equipped home with everything you could possibly use at your fingertips. Beautiful views, great balconies, close to beach and other activities. My family, (ages 8 months to 45), was overjoyed by their stay. It accommodated everyone. An exceptional property!

Overlooking the bay at Nawiliwili is this condo with huge bedrooms and bathrooms. Giant kitchen area and the facility is on four levels with three balconies and a beautiful view of the ocean and cruise port. Easy to get to all points on the island. Challenging golf course nearby. We had Grandpa, uncle, two families with teenagers and a 6 year old. Everyone enjoyed the place.

The property is absolutely gorgeous with amazing views. Loved being able to open the floor to ceiling doors and let the outside in. Easy access to the beach and located to so many good restaurants. Only regret was not being able to stay longer.

Perfect property for a family of four. Home was spacious, modern, clean, well maintained and exactly as advertised in the property listing. Louise was responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again. Great trip to Kauai!

Highly recommend this home - everything was as described and the views were fantastic. Very spacious home, we had 8 adults and 2 children. We did have to be a little careful with the 1 year old since she was crawling around and there are lots of stairs. The location is great, just 5 minutes from the airport and a 5 minute walk to get to the beach or a nice walk to the Timbers resort/lighthouse area. The elevator to the beach right outside of the neighborhood is convenient but there are only stairs, no ramp so keep that in mind if you have a wagon or stroller. Not an issue if you have others walking with you but tough alone. Also, there were beach/water friendly items we could use stored in the garage. Host was very responsive to any questions that we had. Again, highly recommend!

The property is truly amazing, fantastic views and vantage point, clean, well appointed, in a perfect location, and Louise was responsive, helpful, in short, the experience was everything you could hope for. The upper bedroom is set back, with a closable divider, overlooking the kitchen and sharing the view from the living room. The lower two bedrooms are very private, with their own walkout decks. Thank you Louise for a wonderful experience, you have a lovely home, and we appreciate you sharing it with us!

Stunning views of the bay and beach in a lovely house. Short walk down to the beach, and the house had lots of pool towels and other pool and beach accessories. The gated community felt safe and was an excellent place for 7 people to enjoy a week of R&R.

This property is strategically located with the best view of the entire beach, within short walking distance of the beach and resort. There is also a huge athletic club 5 min away where we were able to get a short term punch card. The house is gorgeous and so serene. Communication with the property manager was super fast and so helpful! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Kauai!!!!!! Thank you!

I reached out to Louise the week before our trip regarding check in process because I missed the email and she was very responsive. We arrived after 7 pm, so driving there was a bit confusing in the dark. We got lost and made a few wrong turns, drove past the gate without realizing it. Once we got to the property, it was spacious and clean. We didn’t realize how amazing the views were until the next morning. On the kitchen island, there was a binder of activities and eatery recommendations. We traveled with 7 adults and 3 kids to celebrate my 40th birthday! Property is walking distance to the beach though the water isn’t as clear as beach in south shore/Poipu area. Close to airport and Costco, which is definitely a bonus. We were able to sho ad Costco after we landed and cooked most of the meals there. My mom and aunt ate their breakfast outside while enjoying their ocean view everyday. It rained while we were there 10/24-10/28, but it didn’t stop us from being outdoor!! If you’re debating about booking, look no further. You will love this place.

We loved this rental. Located close to the airport which matters after long flights from the east. The view was awesome and the place was well stocked with kitchen needs. The only downside was the high cleaning cost.

The location and accommodations are absolutely world class! Extremely beautiful vista! My wife and I have been to Kauai multiple times and Kalapaki Bay has it all for us. From gorgeous sunsets, to easy beach access to about as central as one can get to everything Kauai has to offer. The owner is also extremely responsive to any questions and needs that may arise. I would highly recommend!

This property exceeded expectations. I was a little concerned that the overall price was so high, yet it is totally worth it if you stay for a few days. The nightly price is extremely reasonable for the location, amenities, design and most of all the view.
Mostly what added to the final cost of the stay was the cleaning fee. Yet, when you see the architecture, design, kitchen, bathroom, furniture, etc. you will understand why. When we checked in, the place was immaculate. I got to meet the property manager who has been managing that place through several owners, and she was amazing. Very personable and friendly. She responded to my messages on email and text right away throughout our stay.
The owner was also very responsive and friendly via email as well. She made the check in process extremely simple and there were zero issues.
The property is only 5 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from everything else in Lihue, and 2 minutes from Hokuala golf course. You can also walk to Kalapaki beach in about 7 minutes, yet you literally have a birds eye view of the entire beach.
I will definitely stay here again.

The unit itself was very nice. The pictures are pretty accurate in that it's very modern/contemporary with great views. However, the biggest downfall and reason why I would not stay here again is that the main a/c unit that covered the living room (where was gathered for most of the time and the upper bedroom) was uncomfortable and VERY HOT. They have a nest unit and it was not possible to turn it down below 72 degrees due to locked settings, which would have been fine if we could have held it at that temperature. However, it would randomly turn off (or set itself to 88 degrees) in the middle of the night and at random times during the day. The nest had a lock which prevented us from changing the temperature schedule or holding it at a steady temperature. I reached out to Kevin to ask if he can provide us the unlock code or at least hold the temperature at a steady 72 degrees. He apparently tried to provide the unlock code, but was not able to despite having given him directions listed on Nest's website (I tested this on a friend's Nest unit and it was simple to do so). Regardless if he was able to provide the unlock code or not, it was uncomfortable during the entire stay. Again, we would wake up in the middle of the night because it would become very hot. Or we would come back from the beach and come to a unit that is scorching hot. Even if we drop the temperature as soon as we came back, it would take forever to cool down due to the floor to ceiling windows (which we loved, but obviously caused the unit to overheat). Some other things that we did not like about the unit due to lack of general maintenance:
1) The main microwave was broken, so we had to go down to the bottom floor to re-heat food.
2) A lot of the light bulbs were out, which made the rooms dark. The half bath didn't have any lights. Note: we did find some spare bulbs during the last night of our stay, but due to the high ceilings, it wouldn't have been possible to replace.
3) The bottom floor bedroom had missing window shades, which meant that you would wake up at 5am due to the bright sunlight.
4) Overall, the views were gorgeous, but you are facing a dock where shipping boats/containers and cruise ships do dock for most of the time (at least during our stay). Minor, but the pictures didn't capture this.

We loved everything about this property. Our goal was to find a place that was large enough for our adult children to have a space of their own (5 total guests). The layout of the house delivered beautifully. It’s even more beautiful than the photos and very spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed when we opted to eat at home which we generally did for 2 of 3 daily meals. We had everything we needed to enjoy the beach, and it was an easy walk. Moreover, we loved having so many dining options that we could walk to each evening versus having to drive somewhere. The house was in a wonderful location to get around the entire island easily. We never had to contact Kevin or the local property manager as we never had any issues. Kevin’s welcome email told us everything we needed to know and we referenced it often. Thank you for sharing your stunning home with us. We can’t wait to come back.
