Located in Akron, this attractive house for $147 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Summary: Take a morning stroll by the water, explore the park or just enjoy the lake view with your morning coffee on the front porch. The comfy 2 queen beds w/ TVs in this 2 BR/2 Bath lake house has all the amenities to unwind-or stay connected! Large family room TV w/ live cable or ROKU apps to stream - as well as a business station in BR2. For an additional $15/day pet fee we offer a fenced in yard to roam while attended and a dog crate for your pet. We also have a pack n play & high chair as needed. The Space: We are excited to share our newly remodeled home that sits literally hundreds of feet from Summit Lake. You'll love the view especialy at night with the City lights shimmering off the water. Everything you will need is on the main floor. There are 5 steps up from the ground level to the main floor of the house. Inside you'll find 2 cozy and nicely decorated bedrooms, each with a large closet, TV's and alarm clocks. The living room is perfect for a small gathering or watching your favorite movie or TV show. There is 1 main bathroom, with a full size tub, and 1 bathroom off the master bedroom that contains a standup neo-angle shower. Our kitchen has every amenity necessary to prepare a meal or heat up those left overs from one of Akron's many restaurants. There is a small 2 seat table in the kitchen as well as a formal dining room with plenty of seating for your whole group. The front porch has a nice seating area that's great for morning coffee or watching the sunset on the lake. If you need to wash clothes during your stay, there is a High Efficiency Front Loader Washer and Dryer in the basement. The Neighborhood: Quiet neighborhood right on Summit lake, close to downtown, and easy access to and from the highway Other Things to Note: This house is 7 minutes from Downtown Akron, and has easy access to and from the highway

Perfect house for our weekend in Akron! The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed. Coffee and tea and snacks were a very nice touch! Kids loved the foosball table in the basement. The ability to do laundry was a huge plus!

Stayed for a couple nights for a get away with my daughter and her friend before school started. The only thing I didn't like was the location isn't ideal and check in is timed. So I was there 3:58 (2 minutes early) and had to wait till it turned 4:00 to check in. I just thought it was silly but I suppose if I knew I was going to be any earlier than that, I could have told the owner. Other than that it was a great stay with great hosts that are kind and responsive. Thank you!

Excellent. Looked like the photos on Vrbo and Julie and Michael were great. Would definitely recommend it to someone looking for a place to stay. Was in a gray location for visiting Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Pro Football Hall of Fame

The perfect away from home, home! We had everything we needed. Our dogs loved the yard. All the comforts of home… my favorite was the grill. The place was very clean with an attention to details from the host. We look forward to staying again.

The house was just as pictured and had all the amenities, very clean and very reasonably priced. It was in a great location and easy to travel to the activities we were there for. The hosts were communicative. We did not have any pets, but someone who does would appreciate the fenced in yard. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely be happy to stay there.

We had a wonderful stay in Akron during the Thanksgiving holiday. We were visiting our family nearby and needed just a little extra room. This two-bedroom was perfect! The lake felt like an added bonus. We highly recommend and would happily stay here again.

This property is very dog friendly down to the details. We were welcomed with a dog basket witch included two bowls, treats, a towel, and even a ball and tug rope! The fenced in area was great for Kana to burn off energy super bonus for me! If its to cold outside the basement was a great ball fetching area very long not listed in the photos, but very much appreciated for the area to throw the ball in doors. The side of the house faced the lake was great for watching wildlife for the dog and myself! Thank you, Thank you! for a clean place to stay! I clean for a living and its nice to arrive with out cleaning first. Thanks again for sharing your home with Kana and I. we will be back!
