Nestled in Buckeye Lake, this charming chalet for $243 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This is the best rental in Crane Cove….with the best water views. It is perfect for two couples or a four person family. There are separate bedrooms with connecting baths on each. The property has 3 decks, one that you could practically fish from that overlooks the water. Kayaks, bikes, boat docks, a peddle boat, a fire pit, and grill are for the use of guests. Next to the resort is the Northshore Park with a mini beach, the start of a 4.2 mile walking/biking path, and boat launch. Restaurants and stores are within walking distance. Crane Cove has 400 feet of waterfront for your use whether it’s fishing on the docks or just relaxing by the water. ( all short-term rentals in the Village of Buckeye Lake are governed under ordinances #2022-56 and #2023-60 )

This is normally a summer spot, but this is the second year we have used it as our secret winter getaway. The lake is just beautiful with all the ice in the snow, the view is breathtaking.

Lovely property by the lake. Liked the separation of one bedroom on top floor and other on lower level. Beds not super comfortable. Kitchen adequately supplied. One drawback for us was no dining table inside - eating and game playing on a small coffee table. Host is super nice and has a long history with the area and lives next door. We were there in the fall; too chilly for much outdoor activity but nice outdoor amenities.

The Property Owner, Rick, was very accommodating. He went above and beyond my expectations. We rented out all three of his charming houses. The location was perfect. There is access to the Lake, docks, kayaks, bikes and a bike path. We got married in the little shelter house/ gazebo and it was the most beautiful setting I could have asked for. He has landscaped the area with beautiful flowers and bushes. Rick was there to help with anything I needed. If you are thinking of getting away to Buckeye Lake, you definitely need to stay at this location.

The place was very cute and well maintained. It sits right next to a cove, with a beautiful view of the lake. Biking, walking, and kayaking provided by host, as well as, fire ring. Rick was very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. We will come again!

All of these houses are super cute and updated. The owner was on site and was very helpful with all our needs. The description was spot on! The area itself has a few places that we could walk to. The house has a dock if you want to rent a boat.

My family and I enjoyed a much needed relaxing break from work and school. The property was perfect and in close proximity to all the Great Lake restaurants, bars, and entertainment. The owner worked hard to make our stay relaxing, and the property itself, immaculate. Highly recommended!

The property was as described. Fairly simple to access the state park/walking path on foot. Clean, nice views, functional amenities. Kitchen/living space would probably be a bit small for 4 people, but serviceable for 1 or 2. The listed bikes, kayaks, and peddle boat were available, although I didn't use them personally. Overall I had a lovely getaway for one at this house. Thank you!

We were here in the off season and stayed here in order to visit family for the holiday. We did enjoy a walk along the lake one afternoon. The house was a convenient location for us to visit family. The kitchen area is very small and there are not many pans. If we had to cook all our meals there it would have been challenging , but we only fixed breakfast, so that worked well for us. Nice location along the lake and the owner is very friendly!

We will definately stay again! The owner was available and very plesant to interact with. We enjoyed the lake and everything on site. Sitting out on the 2nd story deck overlooking the lake was very peaceful. You can tell the owner genuinely cares about his property and guests! We met friends for a weekend getaway, it was the perfect accommodations and location. It was great to have access to the bikes and kayaks. We loved hanging out on the deck looking out over the water and the walking/bike path along Buckeye Village .

Nice cottage house on the lake. Easy for fishing, walking, biking, kayaking, or boating. Bikes and kayaks are available at the house. Weather didn't cooperate very well but still had a good time enjoying the house and the area.

Very nice, clean place. We had fun, I would suggest renting a boat in advance so they aren’t all taken. Can’t rent jet skis at buckeye for some reason. Mens bike and life vests need replaced but other than that great stay.

We had an amazing time in this property. The property is clean, beautiful and has plenty of amenities. We enjoyed the kayaks and walking on the Buckeye Lake path while we stayed. The property manager is really friendly and helpful.
