Clean and comfortable and had everything needed for a self catering stay.
The directions to the lodge are very confusing and not enough sign post to direct guests and it is very confusing,staff should take you to your lodge so the stay is less stressful for guests.Also the front door has no child lock & is unsafe for toddlers especially with lakes outside, A door chain would be very important to do asap.

Everything was terrific, extremely comfortable - high quality everything and very clean. Tons of space, huge rooms with all the amenities you could want. Beautiful peaceful, quiet scenery. Friendly and helpful staff. Will certainly be staying here in the future when I'm in town!
Only hiccup was that the lodge is a fair distance away from the resort check-in counter where you need to check-in and check-out. In my particular scenario I did not have a car, and so it was a decent trek to make with all my bags. If you're travelling heavy without a car, be aware of the distance from check-in and the lodge. Also the roads surrounding the lodge are tight and so taxi's are wary of pickups and drop-offs.

Lovely spacious lodge with beautiful views
Had to wait to collect the keys as the system was not showing if they were ready. Told they would let us know and forgot about us for nearly 30 mins. Not the cleanest as lots of dust, the balcony glass was filthy with sticky handprints everywhere. The guests below were so loud slamming doors, shouting and running up and down the staircase. Really ruined our stay. Explained this to them the next day and was told we should have called at 2am when it happened. Would not stay again which is a shame
