Great home with nice indoor & outdoor spaces and great location!

Parking was tight, didn’t fit 2 cars.

This is a fabulous house in a great location. It was 5 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes to Abbot Kinney boulevard. The owners responded to any queries immediately. We loved our stay.

No complaints at all.

Location was awesome, property layout was great.

It was surface clean but overall dirty (if my housekeeper cleaned like this I would replace her) with a great deal of deferred maintenance. The smoke detector started ‘chirping’ on Friday evening, when management was contacted the inappropriate advice was to remove the battery on a hard wired alarm which did not stop the chirping. We were told no one was available to attend to the problem until the following day. This was particularly concerning due to the multiple extension cords linked together in violation of fire safety codes. When the young lady came the next afternoon to replace the battery, it was determined that the unit itself had failed. It was finally replaced on Sunday morning.

A boat, kayak, canoe would have make it perfect.

Loved the location. The condo is very well appointed — bathrooms, bedrooms, common areas, tv nook — all great.
