Love the space, the location, the comfort.
I would suggest having a tea towel, ร French press coffee maker, ร chopping board and a knife to cut veg and meat with in the kitchen.
The en suite bathroom shower and the hand wash sink are due some maintenance as they are not performing 100% at the moment.

Only thing I would say its got a lovely little garden but 2 years on the trott we've stayed the garden is very unkempt it could benefit from a good clearing of weeds maybe planting some flowers or evergreen to enhance. Its sad sitting in a garden in the summer covered in weeds
