Muito ruim! Imóvel extremamente sujo e atendimento ruim. Certamente não voltaremos!
A casa é simples, mas acomoda bem o número de hóspedes (6 adultos), com três quartos independentes e dois banheiros com chuveiros de aquecimento a gás, que funcionam bem.
A casa nos foi entregue extremamente suja - tivemos que fazer uma faxina no primeiro dia para que ficasse habitável. Todos os cômodos estavam sujos, com bastante poeira acumulada, banheiros sujos (com xixi no vaso sanitário), a banheira da suíte estava suja. Os utensílios de cozinha estavam sujos, a churrasqueira a bafo é minúscula, o que inviabilizaria assar carne para 6 adultos almoçarem. Se não tem uma churrasqueira decente no imóvel, não inclua esse item no anúncio. Tivemos que improvisar uma churrasqueira com tijolos velhos, no fundo da propriedade, para solucionar o problema.
O gás da cozinha acabou no primeiro café da manhã que fizemos. Trocamos o botijão de gás por outro deixado na propriedade, que também estava vazio. O novo botijao de gás só chegou depois de insistirmos com o proprietário que precisávamos com urgência para fazer o almoço, porque havia duas crianças conosco.
O imóvel deveria ser dedetizado, porque tem muitas aranhas e baratas - talvez pela falta de asseio e de uma limpeza e manutenção mais frequentes.
A piscina também não estava limpa, tivemos que tirar várias folhas, e era extremamente fria, por estar em lugar ermo, aberto e não ter nenhum tipo de aquecimento. Praticamente impossível utilizá-la, apesar de ter feito muito calor nos dias da nossa hospedagem.
Além de tudo isso, o proprietário só permite o uso da sauna mediante pagamento de R$ 60,00 a cada ativação (30 minutos) e condiciona o uso de uma segunda banheira ao pagamento de mais R$ 60,00. Sinceramente, em uma locação de quase R$ 2.500,00 para o feriado (3 diárias), acho muito pouco razoável essa cobrança adicional.
Em resumo, ficamos bastante insatisfeitos, principalmente com a sujeira do imóvel e com o péssimo atendimento, tanto da Anfitrião Prime quanto do proprietário. Certamente, não voltaremos! E recomendo a todos que evitem essa propriedade, caso não queiram se estressar com problemas desse tipo.
