About this cottage rental
A lovely stone cottage offering private access to the River Coquet and only 9 miles from Morpeth.. All on the Ground Floor:
Living room: Smart TV, CD Player, Woodburner
Kitchen/dining room: Electric Oven, Ceramic Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer
Bedroom: Zip And Link Super Kingsize Bed (2 x Singles On Request), (Ensuite Also Accessed From Hallway) Ensuite: Bath, Cubicle Shower, Bidet, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and fuel for wood burner included. Cot and highchair. Welcome pack and doggy extras. Folding camp bed available. External utility room with freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer (shared with other properties on-site).. Extensive landscaped grounds with patio, garden furniture and BBQ (shared with other properties on-site). 1 dog welcome, to be kept on a lead at all times. Fishing on-site (licence required). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: The property has a natural water supply from a spring. There are sloping banks in the grounds.. Uniquely positioned to offer private access to the River Coquet where salmon and trout fishing can be available to guests, this lovely stone cottage has been sympathetically restored from an original farm building. Refurbished in 2021, the accommodation is spacious, immaculately presented and has the convenience of being all at ground floor level. St Oswald’s Bridle path runs through the farm which allows you to walk directly to the local pub and brilliant access for dog walking. The Kitchen very light and spacious, The living room boasts the friendly comfort of a wood burner ensuring a warm welcome awaits whatever the season. A superb arched window in the gable end maximises its bright and airy ambience and where lovely views across the extensive landscaped grounds can be enjoyed. Guests are treated to a welcome pack which contains free range eggs, scones and jam from the local bakery, fresh milk, treats for dogs and a picnic set for day trips. Robin Cottage sits in a tiny cluster at High Weldon, only 9 miles north of Morpeth where there is an abundance of good restaurants, shops and inns. Beach 12 miles. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant ¾ mile.
Robin Cottage can be booked together with Wren Cottage (CC324019), Owl Cottage (CC324025) and Lapwing Cottage (UK3267) to accommodate up to 14 guests.

Fantastic cottage in great location, a real home from home, so comfortable with everything you would need and very dog friendly. Would definitely recommend and Louise was very friendly and helpful, would definitely visit again.
