Only 40 min away from the Brian Head ski resort, and 1 hr from Zion's National Park for summer and winter fun. Enjoy the Shakespeare festival this summer! Property was clean, though dog hair was an issue from previous guests. Throw blankets and furniture had enough dog hair to lead to allergy issues for one guest. Cooling the upstairs is difficult. We found some vents under beds somewhat blocked by bed skirts. Even with the vents fully exposed, we were never able to get the upstairs to a comfortable temperature. Also, when the AC system is running it's loud downstairs to the point of annoyance. This could be a major issue is summer temperatures. Shower leaks have damaged the bathroom baseboards. Make sure you go to the last building on the right. The building numbers aren't well lit at night. Appliances were all in good condition. Neighborhood is quiet in the evenings but there's new construction next door that woke us up at 7am most days. Hot water is insufficient for 6 guests so shower times must be staggered. Location is great.
