About this house rental

Situated in Lake Conroe, this lovely house for $386 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. We fell in love with the April Sound Community and hope you do too. With 2,500 sqft of living space 3 story lake front condo with the most relaxing lake views, you are sure to come back! Enjoy golfing, tennis, boating, swimming, fishing, and paddle boarding in your backyard. Watch those afternoon thunderstorms roll in across the lake while you watch a movie or play games inside. The lake front condo has everything you could need to include the Keurig Duo coffee maker, so you can fully enjoy the morning sunrise with a nice cup of coffee. There are 2 dedicated parking spots in front of the condo and plenty of guest parking up the street. We have keyless entry, Ring doorbell/camera, and Nest temperature control. Many neighbors live here full time, out of respect for them we must, NO PARTIES and there is a 10pm noise ordinance, failure to follow will result in $500 charge. Dogs are welcome, April Sound does have a rule that dogs must be on leash at all times. We will request information about your dog's breed and have to include a pet fee as a way to give our neighbors a piece of mind, as many neighbors have dogs who are permanent residents and have priority. April Sound is a gated community access given to listed guests only, access will be given during your stay. There is a washer and dryer on the 2nd floor, fishing poles, and inflatable stand-up paddle boards in the outside closet. If something breaks etc. Things happen, please let us know so we can replace it/ fix it.

Our family had a great stay! There were 10 of us ages ranging 10 months to 77 years old. We all had what we needed! This is the 3rd place we have rented at April Sound by the lake and it is my favorite by far! Communication was great and being kid friendly was a plus! We even got a little fishing in😀 If we have an opportunity, we will definitely stay here again!

The condo was very roomy and held our 10 phenominally! The kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms and attention to detail were amazing. Over all stay was fantastic.

My family and I enjoyed our stay so much we want to book again asap! The place was so great. It had a spectacular view of the Lake and came with "swim toys" like a giant float and a couple of paddle boards and more. The rooms were spacious, nice size bathrooms aswell and bonus the water pressure was terrific! A/C worked great and kept us nice and cool from the Texas heat. The hosts were so responsive and helpful with my questions before and during our stay. This place was a perfect 10!! We cant wait to go back.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying here for a lake vacation. The spacious room was a big plus as well as the game area upstairs! Chris and his wife were quickly responsive every time I reached out. We enjoyed very much and will be definitely be back.

This house is perfect for families, with two master suites, a quiet third floor room for young children and a game room that also has bunkbeds. Right on the water with plenty of grass lawn to play games. This was the 2nd time we rented here and the kids were so excited to be back.
