Not bad but it's not worth what I paid. Bring all your own supplies & be prepared for no internet

Mickey and Paul (the staff at pool bar and restaurant) are stellar, they really made our visit nice. We got a Wood Lodge and it was pretty big, we appreciated that we had plenty of kitchenware and having the private shower was nice. We were given a small cleaning kit with a sponge, scrub brush, a small packet of washing up liquid, and two rags. There's a bottle return machine onsite which was very convenient. The sink was big enough to do laundry in. The pool was clean and being serviced frequently (we were here in the height of summer holidays).

I think overall the hotel is rated too harshly, but it's just decent, not great. I paid $3300 to stay for 29 days and I only chose to stay here because it was the cheapest option for a month long stay at a hotel and it was listed as pet-friendly. It was fine! But not worth $3300. 1. We were not supplied with any kind of bath towels, toilet paper, hand soap, or otherwise. For $3300? 2. The internet was so unreliable. Our wood lodge supposedly had its own internet, but over the course of a month we were able to see that network as an option maybe twice, and neither time were we able to connect to it. We had to try our luck with any of the 3-5 public networks that would pop up as options on any given day, and most of the time the connection was poor. Even when we went to the pool/restaurant area where the main resort wifi should have been the strongest, we could barely get any online work done. It was exhausting to have to trek into the city any time we needed to do something important, and for the money I paid to stay? I expected decent wifi. 3. The laundry onsite was 7 euros for a single wash. Bruh. Thank god we had clotheslines and a big sink. They really ought to lower that price because if it was half that, I probably would have paid for laundry a few times and they would have made at least a little profit. It was just kind of annoying. 4. This seems to be uncommon in Europe, but out here next to the lake, they really ought to install mesh screens on the windows. It was too hot to leave the windows closed, but the flies and mosquitoes are crazy. Something to block out the bugs would have been really nice. 5. I hope you have a car or a bike if you come visit this place. It's a very long walk to the nearest bus, and the closest grocery store requires a 30 min walk plus a $1.50 ferry ride both ways. 6. Listed as pet friendly but I needed special permission to have my cat. Why be listed as pet friendly if it's only dogs?

Maybe more staff presence. There were dogs running around off leash and one bit our dog.

paid for bedding but only got one sheet per bed. cost 19 euro per person, was told refund would be looked into no answer yet 18.06.2023 dead insects on the walls, broken bin under the sink, Doors did not close properly

Ligging en het zwemmen.

Zeil wat je voor de tent kan hangen. De zon scheen heel erg erop met zeil kan je het iets tegen houden

Vi kunne godt lig at der var mange muligheder på pladsen både hvis man havde børn med og ikke havde børn med.

Vores Tiny House var slidt og der var en del brandenælder ved indgang og ved havemøblerne.
