The hotel manager did his best to accommodate my requests and deal with my concerns.
Except the reception staff and a few others, most of the other staff aren't trained or groomed well. The facilities weren't satisfactory and room service was poor. The bathroom in Room 401 didn't have a shower curtain. The toilet space is too tight and uncomfortable in both Room 301 and 401. They didn't provide dental hygiene kit or shaving kit when I first checked in. Only when I was moved later after two nights to Room 401, the kits were made available. The wifi situation was poor and unreliable. The manager tried his best to get it resolved though. The breakfast offerings are below average. Too few options to eat. And finally I had a lot of trouble with paying the property with my international debit card. I had to wait an hour after checkout in their office until they brought a new machine to swipe my card.
For a $70 per night stay, you expect more.
