Recently renovated and finely furnished apartment, a few steps away from the amazing Baroque-style cathedral of San Nicolò, in the heart of Noto. The apartment is on the mezzanine floor of a Baroque-style building and has been renovated in a modern style, while maintaining finishing touches at the time, such as floor with the typical “cementine” tiles and decorated vaulted ceilings. Climbing a few steps, there is the terrace with a small table and some chairs, and from here you will access the kitchen furnished with a dining table and fitted with all amenities including an oven and an espresso coffee machine. The living room comes with design furnishing such as a sofa and an armchair in vintage style, as well as a double sofa bed and a TV. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed and a TV. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
