About this apartment rental
Recently renovated and finely furnished apartment, a few steps away from the amazing Baroque-style cathedral of San Nicolò, in the heart of Noto.
The apartment is on the mezzanine floor of a Baroque-style building and has been renovated in a modern style, while maintaining finishing touches at the time, such as floor with the typical “cementine” tiles and decorated vaulted ceilings.
Climbing a few steps, there is the terrace with a small table and some chairs, and from here you will access the kitchen furnished with a dining table and fitted with all amenities including an oven and an espresso coffee machine.
The living room comes with design furnishing such as a sofa and an armchair in vintage style, as well as a double sofa bed and a TV.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom equipped with a queen-size bed and a TV. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

Also called “the capital of Baroque”, Noto boasts an historic center of Noto that was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2002. Among the protected assets you can find the Cathedral of Noto, the most important catholic place of worship in the city. Also in the center, Palazzo Ducezio is not to be missed, a true gem of baroque architecture which houses the famous Sala degli Specchi (“Hall of Mirrors”). Toward the coast stands the natural oasis of Calamosche Beach, declared in 2005 as “the most beautiful beach in Italy” for its crystal clear waters.
Catania Fontanarossa airport is 90 km away.

Our host Augosto was terrific. Helped us with everything during check in and check out. We had a small issue with our water and he came out on a Sunday night at 11pm to fix it.The apartment has a really great location in the city. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was good and shower was great. Having a couple of small balconies out the side and an area in the front you can sit outside overlooking the street is great. I think my only complaint would be the kitchen amenities. Being that you cant drink the water in Sicily, maybe a couple bottles of water in the frig would be good when you arrive. There was no paper napkins, paper towels, tissues, dish towels to use in the apartment. There was a couple of coffee makers but for real coffee grounds, and no coffee. No coffee maker with pods units, like a Lavazza machine. If they could improve on the little extras, it would be a 10 for sure. Driving in the town is a little tough. Very narrow streets and not easy to drive around with one way streets. Parking is ok. We were there during a festival and parking was bad. Had to park way up the mountain.

Wonderful location and great shower. Big place.
Only issue is that it is a bit noisy, lots of scooter noise on the street. We didn't mid as it is part of the ambiance of the location and you can't really hear it with the windows and shutters closed.
