Lovely peaceful setting with comfortable bed, good shower, clean sheets, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, toiletries provided and coffee and biscuits. Walks directly from property. Loved the warm outdoor hosepipe to wash dog's paws. Some good ideas for pre booking meals out. Good location..Nice to watch birds from windows
Track was very rough and scraped the underside of the car despite going very slowly. Disappointed that the lake in the picture in front of the property no longer exists..just bare earth and chopped down trees. Sofa very low and springs gone as dips in middle making it very difficult to get out of! Had to put outside seat cushions on it to make it comfortable. Unable to open windows in lounge area sometimes due to lots of wasps ? Nest perhaps. Kettle steam set of fire alarm one time although had skylight window open and kettle facing away from sensor and not on long. Hairdryer did not get warm so unable to dry hair effectively. Patio area nice but would be good to have steps down from it onto lawn/ grass area for dog to access without intruding on owner's patio to access. What 3 words would have helped locate property but only one and a half words were visible in message. A link sent with information didn't open .tried to contact owner by replying to message but can't reply via booking.com email ..fails to deliver.

Very quiet location in a lovely village. Watched the deer each day from our window and beautiful sunsets. Apartment has everything you need and clean. Lorna was informative and advised on walks around the area which can be done from the doorstep. Enjoyed our 3 day stay.
A blind at the bathroom velux window would be helpful 🙂

Location is great, very quiet at the end of a farm track. Open view across the trees from the lounge. Good facilities and good Wifi.
Could possibly open up the small garden seating area a little from the overhanging trees, but certainly not a problem.

Setting of the property is beautiful, no lake views as advertised which we were expecting so photo of property incorrect, bed comfortable
Sofa and pouffe requires cleaning as quite marked musty smell, kitchen worktop could do with updating, faded and chipped away in places. Very bumpy road with potholes to get to the property
