Great housekeeping staff, but expect zero flexibility, unhelpful service from the host, and no regard for your data privacy.

The property offers good value for money, and the housekeeping lady was exceptionally kind, helpful, and kept everything spotless. Unfortunately, the customer service from the host (who runs a bar nearby) left a lot to be desired, and data privacy was a major concern.` - Privacy concerns (GDPR): data privacy clearly isn't a priority here. Shortly after booking, I was contacted by a local scooter rental company nearby called Hermes. They knew my full name, phone number, and the exact dates of my stay. I never gave any consent for my personal data to be shared with third parties. - Incorrect room allocation: we explicitly booked an apartment with a sea or mountain-view balcony. Upon arrival, the host initially tried to direct us to a basement/semi-basement room. After an argument, he offered us a mountain-view room instead, stating he only has one sea-view apartment, it was already occupied, and it was a "take it or leave it" situation. - Missing basic amenities: the room had a fridge, but zero glasses, cups, or utensils. On top of that, the fridge desperately needs a deep clean as it smelled strongly of mold. When we asked the host for glasses, he simply told us to go buy them at the store. Fortunately, a lady at a local shop was kind enough to give us a few plastic cups for free. (Also note: the fridge outlet is the only one fitting standard European plugs, so unless you have thin Italian adapters, you have to choose between plugging in the fridge or charging your phone).

Posizione ottima, è a 2 minuti a piedi dalla fermata Cuotto Market e dal minimarket stesso, in una zona davvero bella e tranquilla. Il proprietario e lo staff sono molto gentili e disponibili e la camera ha tutti i servizi necessari (phon, frigorifero, cuscino e coperta aggiuntivi, aria condizionata, tv, ampio armadio con vsrie grucce a disposizione, etc). Letto comodo, possibilità di utilizzare uno stendino per asciugare i panni,

L'unico punto da migliorare è un po' più di attenzione all'igiene, tipo evitare di far trovare saponette usate da ospiti precedenti e qualche capello in bagno. Per il resto lo staff addetto alle pulizie è accorto e puntuale e tutto il resto mi sembra ottimo

Potevo fare il check-in già alle 11 del mattino. AC funzionante. La fermata del bus è vicino.

Palazzo datato, mobili in giardino e sulla mia terrazza sporchissimi e rotti, la coperta del letto macchiata, frigorifero con la muffa, mobili nella stanza vecchissimi e pieni di polvere. TV non funzionante (solo pay TV). L’insonorizzazione della camera inesistente, molto rumorose le tubature dei bagni e si sente tutto dal corridoio e dai vicini nella stanza. Un posto senza anima.
