Was close to my venue, host was available when needed, was tidy, good supply of towels.

Room for improvement, no blinds on bathroom window, was frosted glass but felt uncomfortable so had to use their towel to block window, missing bottle opener and corkscrew but managed, also suggested a fix on a sharp corner on a shelf as I cut my head on it.

I stayed in the double room which was very spacious, the property is very homely and it has two bathrooms and a garden, a separate living and kitchen area. It was also very easy to find

Upon arrival we couldn’t get in as the code was changed but we weren’t updated, some of the linen provided although clean was stained

The area was quiet, the house was clean and comfortable to stay in. There isn't much to fault this is a nice place to stay.

Mainly the little things such as in the downstairs bathroom having a loose-fitting toilet roll holder and not having a tell holder in the bathroom. To the mix matching lights IE some of them being old energy savers to LED once. In my opinion this is all small maintenance stuff that I think would elevate the property to the next level

Everything was very cosy and warm.

the hot water took very long to come on

Good location - quiet road even though it’s on a bus route. Great for getting into town. Towels were lovely and soft. Bed linen changed when requested. Lots of lovely hot water.

Kitchen could be better equipped. No matching lids to saucepans. Not enough cups to use the dishwasher effectively.

The ambience was incredible! Every inch of the house sparkled. The cozy nature of all the furniture is endearing. I love the back yard view of nature and the exceptional classy kitchen conditions.

That we could not stay for a month! This is an apartment worth living in.

Well stocked, clean and decent location. Good for the family and was comfortable.

mattresses in all the rooms were uncomfortable, depressed in the middle and springs digging in. they should all be replaced.
