Beautiful place to staying in Zakopane

Absolutely beautiful place outside and inside. Magical experience in Zakopane

The listing was misleading, the apartment was cold and inadequately equipped, and staff were completely unresponsive whe

The online description of this property was inaccurate. The apartment did not have enough beds to accommodate our family of five. One of the blinds was broken, and we were not provided with enough towels or linens. Despite being advertised as having heated floors, the floors were not heated and the apartment was very cold. Staff was completely unresponsive. Every time we contacted reception, we were told someone would call us back or come to the apartment, but that never happened—not once. None of our issues were addressed, and no one followed up with us. Additionally, our van became snowed in due to heavy snowfall. There is a steep hill in the driveway, and the roads were not cleared. When we contacted staff to ask when snow removal would occur, we received no response. My husband ultimately had to walk into the town and purchase tire chains just to get us out. Overall, this was not an ideal stay, but what was most disappointing was the lack of effort or concern from staff. We were left without adequate sleeping arrangements, basic necessities, or support.

Stosunek jakości do ceny. Przestronny apartament z dwoma balkonami.
