It was a nice size with room for us all. Was a nice layout with a nice outdoor area. The house was clean on arrival and it fitted our purpose.
Some of the pavers were quite wobbly. Could be a tripping hazard for older people and could use with aircon in the other bedrooms as the fans weren’t quite enough. Because we had dogs with us there probably needed to be a little area of grass for them. I think some of the bedroom window sills could use a bit of a clean as there was a few bugs.

Private, except for next door neighbor, well located quiet. Good parking and comfortable beds.
Water in pool too cold to be used.

Location was great - far enough from the hustle of Hastings street but within easy distance
Too many notifications from Booking .com and the agent about check out process when we'd just got there.
