Great little property. This place has a lovely homely feel to it. Spacious, clean provided exactly what we needed for our family weekend away. Small coop, chip shop and a pub only a short walk away.
The on street parking proved a bit of a pain but only because it was busy. Still free and no restrictions. The garden steps in the back however were more than a little dicey. Very steep with lots of loose flags so take care!

Walked in and smelt clean and looked clean.
Was told to take shoes off at front door so we did, only to have my white socks filthy within 10 mins of the downstairs floors, my wife's bare feet were black also.
There was crisps under the sofa so very little cleaning was done.
We booked it also as the advertising pictures showed a nice little useable courtyard with searing and BBQ. Please seet photos to see what it was really like. Disgusting, overgrown, filthy seating.
Rusty screws hanging out of the wall holding shower head up.
TVs only tuned into 1 TV channel.
2 star stay maximum.
