Got this bed and break fast for very cheap while visited Abbotsford. Breakfast is more then expected and everything served as buffet , you eat all you can . cereals, coffee, tea and juices, all types of bakery and pastries, milk , meat and salami and luncheon. The common bathroom is big, clean and the toiletries are complete for your consumption. The staff are polite and nice to talk to. The room a smart TV , air conditioner , a stand fan as well, a nice queen bed. Overall, a must recommend if you have a limited budget.

Room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Hosts are super friendly and great to chat with, upgraded my room to upstairs. big breakfast buffet and interacted with some guests

Propietaria pesetera. Si quieres estar agusto, haz la reserva en su web. No volvería.

No lo recomendaría. Pese a ello hay aspectos favorables a destacar. Ubicación junto a autovía. Aparcamiento gratuito en la puerta. Zonas comunes amplias. Frigorífico compartido en primera planta. Cama cómoda. Sábanas limpias. Óptima presión del agua caliente. Desayuno con amplia variedad de productos procesados.

Limpieza del baño común déficitaria. Check-in hostil: a pesar de que en Boooking.com especifican que aceptan tarjetas, no es así. Tampoco se permite el uso de la cocina, tan solo del microondas y tras discutir largo sobre ello. La propietaria se refería continuamente a realizar las reservas en su web como justificación para disminuir la prestaciones contratadas. La propietaria nos alojó en una habitación diferente a su criterio (ignoro si superior o no, ya que la nuestra era en la planta baja y con patio y nos reubicó en la primera planta sin acceso a exterior). Continuamente se refería a que si pagábamos más, podríamos recibir más. En nuestro caso solo queríamos aquello que contratamos. Fue una experiencia bastante incomoda que limitó el disfrute (a pesar de seguir viajando felizmente:)).

The owner Anita is very kind and friendly. I made a non-refundable booking by mistake, and Anita is very kind to allow cancellation and provided full refund. I would be happy to re-book this place next time I come to Abbotsford. I actually went there and Anita showed me the interior. Nice and clean all rooms are on Bed And Breakfast . they dont live here. The dining area looking amazing with all the set up. for the huge breakfast buffet. I will sure come here

Seems like a scam going on with booking.com

Location was good for my event at a local school.

Very uncomfortable being asked to take pictures of credit card. Very, very unhappy to be asked for cash or to go somewhere else upon arrival, when that was not mentioned anytime prior to arrival. Received a cancellation notice due to invalid card afterwards as well.

It was very homey - it was a real home - I especially liked the elephant figurines all over the place and the plants in the central garden.

I’m not used to using a shared bathroom, where I need to exit my room to use it. I had to be aware to either put on pants or wrap my waist in a towel.

Everything is good

i really enjoyed my stay here , Anita gave me the room upstairs and its very nice and clean. I also enjoyed the breakfast. thank you for accommodation. Its a nice and quiet home.

I am extremely happy that I chose to stay at Anita's Bed & Breakfast I am new in Canada and Anita takes really good care of me. I enjoyed everything while staying in her home for a week . The bedroom is super clean , Very comfortable bed. nice selection on breakfast / eat all you can I will definately choose to stay here every time i will come You are a great host Anita. and you team and husband are so helpful. This room is downstairs , opens in the downstairs living room and back yard. a beautiful backyard with excess from downstairs as well. We stayed 3 nights here and really were satisfied with everything. The environment is just awesome, Breakfast buffet is a wide range of almost everything. Anita goes out of her way to make sure you are well settled.

Anita is a great host

Our stay at Anita’s was incredible! The home and room was absolutely stunning with an amazing touches. This was our stopover as next morning was early flight and Anita prepared breakfast at 7am. Breakfast was amazing! Anita is a great host, fantastic communication and just a lovely person. We can’t wait to come back!

Very beautiful home, They made me pick my bedroom from upstairs or downstairs where i chose upstairs , The hosts are very friendly . Very nice warm breakfast ,omelets and toast with tea , and few other snacks and cereal had a very good chat, Anita is a pleasant host. Has a nice garden indoor

I am so grateful that I stayed at Anita's. We had a 4 year old and they offered a crib with no extra cost Breakfast was mazing and Anita offers the best. Thank you and your home is very beautiful and well set up. the bed and bedroom were relaxing . its peaceful in her backyard

My check in was very late at 3am . and she had no problem at all. It was the first time staying at this Anita's Bed And Breakfast. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. The room was upgraded to a master bedroom with 2 queen beds , very spacious and comfortable. Anita is very friendly, She was so welcoming, helpful and has a personality that shines. I will definitely stay here again. Breakfast is a various varieties with so many options

Great Host Nice place

Anita is very welcoming , Check-in was easy . The breakfast was very nice and quiet a variety with fresh fruits . A different type of omelet and waffles with grapes. The bed was very comfortable. Anita's Bed And Breakfast is a very safe place and she is concerned of who is booking . The views are amazing very close to main road and restaurants. The house was spotless and it felt very cozy had a good rest. The perfect location and perfect views , life really doesn’t get better than this. Felt like we were in our own little world. We certainly be back again!

Large Variety Of Breakfast Menu

Check-In was very easy and Anita greeted with a big smile. Her breakfast menu is a large variety of many different bagels / Danish / pastries / 3 types of bread , 4 types of cereal , blueberry muffin. and more. then Anita made an awesome omelet The bed was very comfortable. and it was very quiet to relax.
