I stayed in this apartment twice. Last August we came with my daughter and lived in a double room. This year, in July, the three of us stayed in a triple apartment. Both properties are wonderful because they are radically different from hotels or ordinary apartments. The atmosphere of authenticity, deep history of Italy with many books about Sardinia, caskets, antique furniture make your stay special. I love it. Also, I like the location. It's in the centre, surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. Last year we enjoyed the evening live Italian music coming from one of the restaurants.

Perfekte Lage, sehr freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Host. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage, welches unverzüglich behoben wurde. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften sehr gut.
Uns hätte ein Besen oder ein kleiner Staubsauger gut gefallen, um ab und zu den Boden etwas zu reinigen. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Two rolls of toilet paper were provided for a five-day rental.
The bed was very uncomfortable. It was both hard and very old.
A total of four coffee capsules were provided for two people for five days.
