Quiet location, comfortable cottage
Missing a few essentials- bread board, washing up rack, grid for grill pan, no appliance instructions as stated in welcome book, pole for opening Velux windows/blinds (necessary to stand on a stool to reach windows which was not very safe)

Thought the cottage was very cute and cosy. Liked all the rooms, especially the bedroom. Great shower, oven and spacious fridge. Especially impressed with the fly zapper - really meant that we weren’t bothered at all by flies. Lovely and cool inside.
Lovely rural location and fortunately surrounding lanes were fairly quiet and not needing too much reversing!!
Builders were very friendly and noise not too bad but obviously not as private as expected.
Knives needed a bit of a sharpen but not a problem as we bought one with us ( used to holiday cottage knives!).

It was a good location for our requirements and had all the things one would expect of a holiday cottage. We felt it would be especially nice (if decorated) over the Christmas period. There was easy/short drive to Solva where there are plenty of nice restaurants and pubs. In all a nice retreat. A minor thing but liked the arrows telling you which switch did what - good idea! Very peaceful and would certainly stay again.
In the scheme of things a couple of minor points - The door to the fridge and freezer need changing to the left because opening the way they do one has to "lean" very awkwardly around the door (in a tightish space) to get in the appliances. There are ample air fresheners and a commercial fly killer and whilst the flies/cow smells did not bother us as at all as we live in the country and have our own animals some townie folk might have different ideas - but then I suppose they can choose somewhere else, not on/near a farm.
Email correspondence- email from the company were in a font so small as to be un-readable and had to be cut and pasted to a word document and enlarged. pointed this out to the company but nothing changed - come on in theses days of inclusion make your emails readable to both young and old alkie! I did find this aspect r infuriating as I could find no other way round it.

Property and facilities were excellent. Very comfortable and well appointed.
We emailed Netlet with a couple of observations and concerns and we received no answer. Our main concern was that previous German occupants hadn't signed out of Netflix so we were unable to watch it on main tv. It didn't matter as we were able to watch on our ipads and bedroom tv. Our disappointment was with NetLet, not the owners.

"Very remote location meant it was quiet and peaceful, the cottage was fitted to a very high standard which meant our stay was relaxing as we didn't need to worry about anything. Good wifi too.
