Great location for exploring Le Mans. Lovely apartment and would highly recommend.

Industrial style, very nice decor. It was clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, air con. The owners left milk, juice, jam, water, coffee and tea for us which was a nice touch.

It was quite dark inside due to it being an old sewing workshop. We had difficulty parking and the instructions left were not that clear - lost in translation! But it was fine in the end and that was the only negative.

Great trendy place for a weekend stopover.

It is a true hipsta place. The atelier style is great, the place is spacious. You have everything you need in there. Also, the location is great, in a quiet historical street with no traffic, yet a few steps from the tram stop.

The cleaning deserves a bit more attention (dust in the corners). There is not much light as the only window leads into the entrance yard. But it is nothing tragic.

Central, nice and clean.

Nice and functional apartment in a very central location. Ventilation is only possible through the door, and the air conditioning can be a bit on the louder side, but overall it’s a comfortable place to stay.

The hosts were very friendly and extremely responsive. When we had trouble connecting to the WiFi, they quickly helped us get the correct password (22 digits long!). Just note: the version written in the apartment’s manual has a small typo (one capital letter instead of lowercase). Once corrected, everything worked perfectly.

Ameublement industriel très original et très réussi. Au centre du Mans, dans une impasse très calme. Hôte sympathique et très prévenant : jus d'orange, eau, café et lait fournis. Séjour très réussi.
