I liked that the apartment was spacious: there is a big living room and two bedrooms. It was clean, and the provided bedsheets and towels were good. The furniture is definitely enough either for a short or long stay. All major equipment was functioning properly. The location was very convenient for us to easily get around the area. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, with some great cafes nearby.
There were few things that I didn't find ok. The lighting was very dark, it was not possible to see well in the evening, especially in the hall and bathroom. The switches for outdoor curtains did not work. There was no washing powder.
The hot water, as it turned out, needed to be turned on before use, in the electric box. I got messaged about it but didn't see it at first, so took a cold shower once. I think a paper with a notice in the bathroom would be more helpful.
And there were also some huge cockroaches. I've read that they are common for this area in summer season, but for a person from a more northern country it was quite a surprise. We saw two of them inside the apartment and many more were lying just outside, by the door mat in the hall. Maybe it's a common issue, but, again, a notice about that inside the apartment could be helpful.

Si attraversa la strada con un ponte dotato di 4 ascensori e si arriva in una Marina con tutti i servizi di ristorazione e bar.
a 5 minuti parco ben attrezzato e spiaggia.

Unstable Wi-Fi, constant disconnections, the poorly positioned access point only reaches the living room and not the bedrooms.
restroom:
one with just WC, usable just with the door open being unbeivably little
the second, with the shower open, that lets go out the water on the whole floor;
constant musty smell due to unavoidable humidity
